Gaines Construction Rentals — Text Messages

These terms govern the Gaines Construction Rentals text message program (the “Program”), operated by Gaines Construction Rentals, LLC. Our SMS Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
Gaines Construction Rentals sends text messages to customers who have opted in, about their equipment rentals. Messages include reservation confirmations, links to sign the rental agreement, place the security deposit hold and pay, and pickup, delivery and return updates and reminders. The Program sends no marketing or promotional messages.
You opt in by checking the text message opt-in box on the rental request form at gainesrentals.com, or by asking us by phone or in person to text you about your rental. The opt-in box is never pre-checked.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting equipment or of any purchase. You can rent from us without opting in to texts.
Message frequency varies — it depends on your rental activity. Many customers receive only a few messages per rental.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Gaines Construction Rentals does not charge you to receive these text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at (813) 322-2668.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page.
