Gaines Construction Rentals — Text Messages
Effective date: October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Gaines Construction Rentals, LLC (“Gaines Construction Rentals”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information in connection with our text message program. Our SMS Terms describe the program, message frequency, and opt-out instructions.
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect: your name, your mobile phone number, your email address, details of your rental (equipment requested and rental dates), and the date and form of your consent. No other personal information is collected through the text message program.
Information collected is used solely to send you text messages about your rental — reservation confirmations, links to sign your rental agreement, place the security deposit hold and pay, pickup, delivery and return updates — and to administer the program, including honoring opt-out requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
We never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or your texting consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
The only exceptions are: (1) our messaging provider, which processes your mobile number and message content strictly as necessary to deliver the text messages you requested; and (2) disclosure if required by law.
Message frequency varies — it depends on your rental. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to any message for help.
To request deletion of your information, contact us at rent@gainesrentals.com or call (813) 322-2668.
